Dubai Metro (The First Monorail in Middle East)

Dubai is one the fastest growing city in world, with so many sky-lines buildings around. Most of the buildings seems like compete between each other, with so many kind of buliding everywhere will make Dubai one of the amazing & metropolitan city in the world. To make it happen, they need to work on all of the aspecs which can make people feel that they are in Metropolitan city. Transportations is one of the key point to measure the succesfull of the city or grow-up city. With RTA (Road Transport Authority), Dubai has so many transportations strat from land, water & air. They have Emirates Airlines for the air tranportation, which is one of the most qualified airlines in the world. They have water bus & Abra for the water transportations. Just to let u know, Abra is the only water tranportation in Dubai which is became one of the Tourism Destination. It looks like venice in Italy, but not that good (dont get me wrong), coz Venice, they realy2 got support from the environment to be one of the most unforgetable experinces. But Abra also unforgetable for me, its wuite cheap for the fares, about 1 AED for one trip & we can enjoy the beautiful view around.

Ok, lets go to the land tranportations. Bus & taxi are sounds common in our ear, but Dubai has the latest land tranportation, Metro (Monorail). Maybe for the people who used to live in the big & modern city, like in Europe, America & Asia, its like a normal tranportation they has, but here in Dubai, Metro became one of the most modern land tranportation & so far became ht emost favourite tranportation to rooming around the city.

The launching for the Metro was held on 9-9-9 (September 9, 2009), the Ruler of Dubai, Syeikh Maktoum want to make that date became one of the special moment for the world history generaly & Dubai especialy. The Dubai Metro Red Line was launched on 09/09/09 at 09:09 AM. As announced, Dubai’s Red Line made its first trip with passengers. Dubai Metro will have a total of 79 trains which will run on the Red and the Green Lines to carry around 27,000 passengers per hour per direction once the metro is fully operational in March 2010.

This is one of the moment when they launched the Dubai Metro.

Here is the Metro that i captured randomly from somewhere out there.

Finnaly, one day i had a journey from Emirates Mall to Ibn Batuta, i took metro fro Emorates Mall station to Ibn Batuta station. Along the way to Ibn Batuta, i captures so many things from the Metro. Ussualy, the view is all building & buliding, but so many different building i saw, Hard Rock Cafe Dubai, Twisted Buiding, Shopping Mall, Hotels & so many buildings around.

Here's the pictures that i took while on my trip from Emirates Mall to Ibn Batuta by Metro Dubai.

This is Hard Rock Cafe Dubai. They close down coz the rumor said, they've got no license to sell the alcohol, shame on them, it could be the only Hard Rock Cafe in the world without alcohol.

Right on the middle, that is Twisted Tower, we'll see after they finish all the construction.

The good things about Dubai Metro is they do realy well prepare to give the best service to the customers. With Gold Class & Family space (Woman & Children Only), they are realy give the best service they could coz for them respecting the woman is the main things ever in Dubai.

For the last time, ill try to show u all the fines from Dubai Metro. As we know, every single place has to be a rules, but remember, rules is not to be break, we need to obey the rules even sometimes rules are made to be broken, heuheuheu....
